Together to Learn Series: Positive nutrition conversations

ALCDSB in partnership with Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health (HPEPH), Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Public Health (KFL&A PH), Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board, and Youth Diversion are hosting monthly online education series to empower parents and caregivers.

On April 17, 2025, join us for the next session in the Together to Learn online series for parents and caregivers.

Join Brendan Bailey and Anne Williams from Eating Disorders Ontario to discuss these important questions:

  • Why talk about eating in a mental health series?
  • How can parents and students navigate the overwhelming amount of information, and judgment about food and eating from media, news, ads, family/peers?
  • What can you do (and not do) as an important adult in a young person’s life to support a healthy relationship with food?
  • What can you do when you have concerns about your child’s relationship with food and eating?
